A fintech app for transfers, airtime, bills, and virtual cards — from first architecture through to launch.
I designed the app structure and built it from concept to deployment, working as the mobile developer next to design, product, and engineering. The product onboarded 250+ agents and processed over $250,000 in transactions.
Transfers, airtime, bill pay, and virtual cards all lived in the same app. Motion work on the main flows put usage time up about 10%.
